The student explored several choices before selecting one; generated many ideas; tried unusual combinations or changes on several ideas; made connections to previous knowledge; demonstrated outstanding problem-solving skills.

The student showed below-average craftsmanship; lack of pride in finished artwork.

The student showed average craftsmanship; adequate, but not as good as it could have been, a bit careless.

With a little more effort, the work could have been outstanding; lacks the finishing touches.
Excellent, Outstanding, Exemplary
The artwork was beautifully and patiently done; it was as good as hard work could make it.
Cooperation / Attitude

The student was part of the group, did almost nothing toward goals, did minimal amound of preparation and cleanup.
Below Average, Needs Improvement,
The student allowed others to do most of the work, participated minimually, did minimum amount of work.
Average, Good, Not Yet Acceptable
The student mostly allowed others to do make decisions, did his/her share adequately, assisted in prep and cleanup when asked.
Above Average, Very Good,
The student participated enthusiastically; followed through on commitments, performed more than adequately, assisted in prep and cleanup.
Excellent, Outstanding, Exemplary
The student worked toward goals, effectively performed a variety of roles in work, followed though on commitments, was sensitive to the feelings and knowledge levels of others, willingly participated in necessary prep, and work.
