Completion & Effort	FENOMENAL! Writer exceeds or fulfills the requirements by writing 12 detailed sentences in the target language and has put care and effort into the process. Topic is discussed thoroughly.	BRAVO! Writer included 10-11 detailed sentences. Most information on topic included.	BASTANTE BIEN Writer has omitted 3 or more sentences, leaving out key components of the writing prompt.	POBRE Incomplete coverage of topic.
Comprehensibility	FENOMENAL! Reader can always understand what the writer is trying to communicate. Spanish vocabulary and idioms are used correctly. No interpretation on part of reader is necessary.	BRAVO! Reader can understand most of what the writer is trying to communicate. Mostly correct use of Spanish vocabulary and idioms. Minimal interpretation on the part of reader is required.	BASTANTE BIEN Reader can understand less than half of what writer is trying to communicate and must rely on interpretation. Incorrect use of vocabulary and idioms.	POBRE Multiple errors in vocabulary/idiom usage. Incomprehensible throughout writing.
