Free Throw Video Analysis Project 
This project involves: Watching the youtube video of Micahel Jordan demonstrating the proper technique for free throw shooting, creating your own video and uploading it to Windows Movie Maker for enhancement and editting, taking a screen shot of any point in the video and analyzing it using dabble board to demonstrate and understanding of the proper techniques shown in the video.

Video Of Free Throw Shot

Recorded video of student free throw shot with at least one shot being successful. Video is uploaded, editted and enhances in windows movie maker.

Poor

The video is very poorly filmed and demonstrates the project was taken lightly. Barely any editting and limited personality through enhancement. No shots were successful
Fair

Video is moderately filmed. Some edits and ehancements. Successful shot. Limited personality shines through technique
Good

Video is excellent. Successful shot and the video was uploaded, editted and enhanced to fit the students personality.
Analysis of Free Throw

At least one screen shot using screen toaster is taken from the video and analyzed using Dabble board. Analysis includes body position, arm angle, shot arc and distance analyzed. Analysis compared to demonstration videos in at least 1 way.

Poor

All the aspects of analysis were not completed. Student failed to compare any techniques to that of the demonstration video.
Fair

Some but not all of the analysis aspects were completed. At least one was compared to the demonstration video.
Good

All of the analysis aspects were completed and the comparison was made to the demonstration video. Student clearly demonstrates he/she understands the techniques.
Completed within 5 class periods

Poor

The project is not completed within the time allowance.

Project is one class period late.

Project is completed ontime and clearly demonstrates a strong understanding of the material
