Lab Safety Skills	Poor Repeatedly uses lab equipment in an unsafe manner. Unnecessary movement around the room.	Fair Rarely follows guidelines, but tries once in a while.	Average Tries their best to follow rules and guidelines for the lab.	Good Follows most of the rules and safety guidelines.	Wow-Lab Star! Follows all rules and safety guidelines. Everyone feels safe working with you!
Directions	Poor Never listens to directions. Consistently asks inappropriate questions and disrupting the flow of the lab.	Fair Rarely listens or reads the directions. Asks inappropriate questions not related to the lab.	Average Tries their best to follow directions. Unsure of how to phrase a question at times.	Good Reads and listens most of the time to the directions. Asks questions on occasion.	Wow-Lab Star! Always reads and listens to the teacher's directions. Asks appropriate questions in response to new directions.
Cleanliness	Poor Lab area is never cleaned. Student leaves the mess for someone else to clean.	Fair Lab area is somewhat messy.	Average Basic quick wash, with some items out of place.	Good Area is neat and fairly clean.	Wow-Lab Star! Goes above and beyond when cleaning lab area. Neat Freak!
Report	Poor Report is not handed up.
