-Most if any assignments were incomplete when in virtually assigned.

-Failure to follow safety standards and guidelines.
-Was asked to stop fishing for safety reasons or for damaging equipment.
-Failed to show up.
-Failed to help set up and prepare equipment.
-Demonstrated very low interest and effort during paper assignments.

-Went through the motions with occasional prompts to follow safety standards and guidelines.
-May have been asked to stop participating, but during the second chance made some improvements.
-Sometimes would be careless and would rather be on the phone than the fishing.
-Failed to help or sometimes helped. Not including senior status.
-Demonstrated basic interest and effort during paper assignments.

-Followed guidelines and safety standards all the time.
-Did their best to improve and demonstrated improvements.
-Always helped and gave a good effort.
-Demonstrated great interest and effort during the paper assignments.

The student demonstrated proficient knowledge and skills during fire building. They required minimal additional instruction.

The student demonstrated excellent knowledge and skills during fire building. They did not require additional instruction and were able to assist others.

Short question and answer section as well as hanging a bear bag.

Student performed poorly on bear safety test.

Student performed well on bear safety test.

Student aced the bear safety test.
