Pronunciation	Poor Words are not understandable.	Fair Some words are understandable.	Good The majority of words are understandable.	Excellent All words are clearly pronounced and the presentation is easily understood.
Volume	Poor Voice cannot be heard.	Fair Volume is too soft. Voice can be heard at times.	Good Volume is average. Voice can be heard most of the time	Excellent Volume is loud enough for all audience members to hear.
