The crew worked well together throughout the entire project. Each person completed his or her assigned task to the best of his or her ability. Any conflicts were resolved within the group itself, and nobody was left out of the decision-making process. Each member took responsibility for his or her own actions without being controlling.

The crew did not work well together. One or two members may have "carried the load" of others. Not all members completed their assigned tasks to the best of their abilities. Conflicts were frequent, and were not resolved in a positive manner--one person controlled the group, or the teacher had to constantly intervene, or the group simply didn't function. Members did not take responsibility for themselves, instead choosing to blame each other.
