Good Sanitation & MOST Materials required for a maintenance service are set up and ready to perform assessment. Quality of work Prep	Excellent Cuticle moved away from product. Color coat filed down. reshape, re-balance thickness. removed shine, debris and wiped with alcohol. ready for next step.	Good performed this step with minimal instruction required.	Fair required more instruction than recommended to move forward in this step of protocol.	Poor Left to many steps out to complete this step.
Application protocol	Excellent Applied dehydrator to all nails. performed Protocol outlined by manufacturers instruction. kept resin away from skin without flooding cuticle line. applied 2 rounds of color coat to outgrowth area & nail plate, capping free edge. Activator applied.	Good performed proper protocol with few interruptions	Fair required instruction along the process but completed protocol	Poor wasn't clear on any of the steps outlined in theory
Filling/Buffing	Excellent Required friction of filling properly executed. buffing the product surface free of bumps and hollow areas. side walls tapered and refined as necessary.	Good filled product with some need to refine	Fair hollow spots or no product in others. color uneven for proper outcome.	Poor not properly applied resulting in uneven application and filling removed product faulty application .
Application completion	Excellent Activator applied after filling completed. top coat and free edge capped. oil applied and (massage performed if instructed).	Good performed MOST not all completion protocols	Fair needed to be reminded to complete steps.	Poor walked through ending steps. needs to perform again
