Movement Pieces
	Emerging 5 pts	Developing 10 pts	Mastered 15 pts
Requirements	Emerging Meets less than 3 requirements in the piece	Developing Meets at least 4 requirements for the piece	Mastered Meets all 5 requirements for the piece
Exploration	Emerging Piece does not explore different movements and is very pedestrian in it's pantomime rather than movement	Developing Piece explores some different movements and attempts expansive expression, but still has some pedestrian aspects	Mastered Pieces explores different movements and uses beautifully expansive expression with little to no pedestrian behavior
Dynamics/Efforts	Emerging Student is moving through sequence without proper dynamics and intention. Student is marking the movement.	Developing Student is applying the proper dynamics but loses focus and energy through sequence.	Mastered Student has mastered dynamics and efforts in executing the sequence.
Technique	Emerging Movements are known but not mastered	Developing Movements are more defined and student has developed some skill mastery.	Mastered Student has mastered focus of movement utilizing concepts for development fully.
Theme	Emerging There is no clear theme or motivation behind the piece	Developing The theme is identifiable, but comes and goes in it's representation. At least half of the piece has the theme throughline	Mastered The theme is clearly identifiable and used throughout the piece. Theme is explored dynamically and consistently.
