	Poor (level 1) 3 pts	Fair (level 2) 4 pts	Good (level 3-4) 5 pts
Axis Labels and Titles	Poor (level 1) Graph is not titled and labeled correctly.	Fair (level 2) Graph is labeled correctly, with no title OR Graph is titled correctly, with no labels.	Good (level 3-4) Both sides of the graph are labeled correctly with a title.
Bars (width, spacing)	Poor (level 1) Bars are drawn incorrectly OR bars are not drawn at all.	Fair (level 2) Only some of the bars on the graph are drawn correctly.	Good (level 3-4) Bars on the graph are all drawn correctly.
Scale	Poor (level 1) Scale chosen represents an inaccurate representation of the data collected.	Fair (level 2) Scale chosen shows only a partially accurate representation of the data collected.	Good (level 3-4) Scale chosen shows an accurate representation of all the data collected.
Neatness	Poor (level 1) Bars are drawn crookedly or not shaded and viewer cannot follow the graph.	Fair (level 2) Bars are drawn pretty straight and shaded. Viewer can easily follow which bar represents which category.	Good (level 3-4) Bars are drawn straight with very neat shading. Viewer can easily follow which bar represents which category.
