Skill #1: Handwashing

Demonstrate proper handwashing for 20 seconds; no contamination of hands, Turning on water, check water temperature, apply soap, lather, friction between fingers, nails and cuticles cleansed, dried hands from finger tips to wrist using one paper towel for each hand, turning off water using a paper towel.
