Photos, body copy, title/name, and captions are all on the spread.
Spreads need interesting headlines and fact-filled subheads.
A good spread has an obvious dominant image and enough other photos to tell the story. Group photo where applicable (Athletics/Clubs).
Every photo must have a caption and captions should follow these rules: 1st sentence in present tense, telling what's happening; 2nd sentence past tense, adds to caption.
Every spread needs at least one block of copy to tie the spread together. Copy should be in past tense and have an adequate number of quotes and facts.
Spread was turned in on time.
