Historic Icon (Art I) 
Students will create a composition of their favorite historic icon. This may be a political activist, musician, war hero, etc. The person depicted should somehow be symbolically represented in the composition. This composition should use at least two mediums and take at least two weeks.

Student showed no effort in finishing their project.

Student was not consistently working, often inattentive or talking in class, rarely prepared for class.
Good

Student was often on task, had few distractions in class, usually had materials prepared.
Excellent

Student willingly participated in activities, determined to finish on time, little to no distractions in class, always is prepared with materials.
