Question to ask myself? Am I participating in class? Do I give my best effort? Am I working to improve	Level 1 I do not make an effort to improve my skills. I do not participate in class or give things my best effort. I may make it difficult for others to learn.	Level 2 I make an effort to improve my skills some of the time. I try to participate in class, but sometimes I'm not giving my best effort or attention.	Level 3 I make a good effort to get better at my skills. I am focused and respectful in class.	Level 4 I work very hard to become a better musician. I am focused and respectful in class and help others to do the same. I set a great example for others to follow.
Questions to ask myself? Do I work together well with others? Am I a part of the team?	Level 1 I do not treat others with respect. I make it hard for others to do the right thing. My behaviour is unsafe.	Level 2 I am usually respectful of others, but I may need reminders. I try to follow the rules and do the right thing, but make mistakes sometimes.
