Preparation	Excellent The student has an excellent knowledge of the report material and is able to answer questions from the audience.	Good The student has a good grasp of the material that is being presented and does not read the report to the class.	Fair The student has a good grasp of the material that is being presented and but reads the report to the class.	Poor The student does not know the material that is being presented.
Eye Contact and Presentation	Excellent The presenter speaks in a clear voice that all can hear. They use posters and visual aids in a positive way, pointing out interesting parts, but they continue to keep eye contact with the audience.	Good The presenter has some eye contact with the audience, but they speak in a quiet voice that is difficult to hear.	Fair The speaker has difficulty with eye contact, but makes an attempt.	Poor The presenter reads the visual aide, it is difficult to hear what they are saying, and they have no eye contact with the audience.
Content	Excellent Speaker gives an excellent overview of topic, answering all required questions, and more.	Good Gives all required information.	Fair Lacking details	Poor Lack major details
Prop, or Visual Aid Optional	Excellent The prop has a title, is clearly labeled, and it is easy for the audience to see and read. The presenter does not read the poster or prop, but explains it while pointing to different parts.	Good The prop adds to the presentation.	Fair The prop is simply there, but not referred to.	Poor There is no extra material to help explain the content to the audience.
