Fitness Video Rubric 
Students will be divided into groups to create workout videos based on the knowledge they have acquired throughout class or researched workout routines. The video must include a defined fitness related workout routine. It must also incorporate fitness terminology, identification of muscles, and health benefits. The video must be 5-10 minutes long and students can use the camera on their computer or a flip camera. Videos must be submitted via email or on a flash drive.
