Reflection	Level 4 The responses are very specific; related to the questions, clearly stated and supported.	Level 3 Some major points are made, but not clearly related to the questions and only somewhat supported.	Level 2 The response is unclear, answer does not clearly respond to questions.	Level 1 No response provided or writing is off-topic.
Ideas & Content	Level 4 Information is accurate and response shows good insight. The questions are all included, all entries are complete.	Level 3 Information is accurate. Discussion makes a logical conclusion or an opinion is offered. Most questions are included, all entries are complete.	Level 2 Information provided is generally accurate but no insight is offered. Some questions are missing, and some entries are incomplete.	Level 1 Information provided is inaccurate with very little insight is offered. Some questions are missing, and most entries are incomplete.
Organization & Mechanics	Level 4 Writing is fluent and interesting to read. Discussion is backed up with evidence from the text. Entry is to the point, in complete sentences, free of spelling errors and uses correct grammar.	Level 3 Writing is fluent and interesting; discussion could be supported more strongly, spelling errors are minimal and grammar is mostly accurate.
