The question should be organized in a conventional introduction, body paragraph(s), conclusion framework. Writing should reflect an awareness of audience.

No sign of any attempt at oranization. Or simply, there is not enough on the page to evaluate as an essay answer.

Incomplete in framework. The answer may be missing on main section of a short essay answer--i.e. it has no clear introduction or lacks a conclusion, etc. Lacks awareness of an audience.
