Audio and video elements are present and of moderate quality. Viewer is able to hear and see essential material with some background noise and/or visual disturbances. These elements are of the correct length and align to project guidelines and content fairly well.
Good

Audio and video elements are of the correct length and of high quality. Viewer has no difficulty hearing and seeing content and the content is aligned extremely well to the project specifications.
References

Poor

Citations and references may be absent completely. When present, they are of incorrect format and/or of insufficient quantity. Citations and references may not be credible.
Fair

Citations and references are present in sufficient quantity. May have one reference that is of moderately questionable credibility. Citations and references may have one or two minor formatting errors.
Good

Citations are references are present in sufficient numbers. All references are of high credibility. Citations and references are formatted correctly in all instances.
