Participation: face-to-face Is present for the face-to-face portions of the class	Non-Performance Is not engaged/does not actively participate in class discussions, group activities, and/or individual class assignments	Proficient Participates in class discussions, group activities,and/or individual class assignments	Excelling Is fully engaged and contributes significantly to in-class discussions, group activities, and/or individual class assignments
Participation: eCompanion Is signed in for the eCompanion portions of the class	Non-Performance Does not complete eCompanion assignments by the dates indicated or does not complete the assignments in full; written assignments are not completed in APA format	Proficient Shows initiative and completes eCompanion assignments in a timely manner; APA style utilized for written work but contains some errors	Excelling Completes and submits work in eCompanion by due dates consistently; has a strong grasp of APA format for written assignments
