Attractiveness	Poor The brochure is distractingly messy or very poorly designed. It is not attractive.	Fair The brochure is acceptably attractive though it may be a bit messy.	Well Done The brochure is exceptionally attractive in terms of design, layout, and neatness.
Artwork / Originality	Poor Artwork / brochure shows no creativity.	Fair Student showed some creativity however the design does not connect to the content.	Well Done Drawing shows exceptional degree of student creativity in their creation and / or display. Directly relates to the content.
Vocabulary	Poor Vocabualry is missing.	Fair Adequate presentation of vocabulary.	Well Done Thorough integration of vocabulary. Student displays an understanding ot terms.
Understanding of Topic	Poor Student incorrectly described / explained financial services. Brochure showed no proof of understanding of banking & financial services.	Fair May have confused one of the five fields required elements but showed an understanding of banking and financial services as it relates to small business. insurance	Well Done Student accurately explained all 5 financial services and the benefits. Student exhibited a thorough understanding of the financial needs of small business.
