Content	Poor Student does not have the cover pages in the correct order or does not have them arranged in the portfolio	Fair Student has some of the cover pages arranged in the portfolio and in the correct order.	Good Students has all of their cover pages arranged correctly in the portfolio and in the correct order.
Upkeep	Poor Student has no papers added to the portfolio.	Fair Student has 1-2 papers added to the portfolio.	Good Student has all papers added to the portfolio.
Neatness	Poor Portfolio is dirty, has stains or marks on it or and is bent and not organized.	Fair Portfolio is has no stains or marks but papers are scattered in portfolio.	Good Portfolio is neat, pages are arranged correctly and straight and portfolio has no stains, tears or marks.
