Main idea stands out and is supported by 2 or more details. Sentences may contain adjectives or adverbs. There may be several sentences or one long sentence. There may be voice to the story.
Support for Topic	Poor Illustrations are not in sync with writing.	Fair Illustrations are present and somewhat supports writing. Few details are present. Extraneous drawing/doodling may be present.	Good Illustrations are present and support writing. Illustrations may be detailed or have labels.	Excellent Illustrations are detailed and may have labels. Illustrations support the writing. Speech or sound balloons may be present.
