Some Writing is somewhat on topic and the prompt is somewhat clear.	Getting There Writing is mostly on topic, and the prompt is clear based on the response, i.e. the writer rephrases the question.	WOW! Writing is clearly focused, on topic, and the prompt is clear based on the response, i.e. the writer rephrases the question.
