Goal Setting	Look -Students articulate what they want to learn. -Students attempt to solve problems on their own (resilient).	Sound -"Guess what I learned!" -"Let's look that up!"	Feel -Students believe that mistakes are okay and another type of learning tool.
Acceptance	Look -Students do not bully one another. -Students listen to each other.	Sound -Students show respect in what they say. -ALL student voices are heard.	Feel -Students feel safe, content, valued and comfortable at school.
Passion for Learning	Look -Students show focus and engagement in topic at hand. -Students seek additional resources on topics of interest. -Students want to know more. Critical Thinking Skills	Look -Students make choices that enhance their safety and the safety of others. -Students show independence in problem solving by drawing on their capabilities and strengths.
