	Poor 15 pts	Fair 16 pts	Good 17 pts	Excellent 19 pts
QUESTIONS	Poor Questions are written with more than 10 errors.	Fair Questions are written with 5-9 errors.	Good Questions are written with 1-4 errors.	Excellent Questions are written correctly with no errors.
ANSWERS	Poor There are no complete answers to any of the questions.	Fair There are no complete answers to 3 or more questions .	Good There was only one question that was not answered completely.	Excellent All questions were answered completely.
HAND WRITING	Poor Hand writing was illegible.	Fair Hand writing was difficult to read in areas.	Good Hand writing could be read with few problems.	Excellent Hand writing was neat and easily read.
WRITING - GRAMMAR	Poor Answers have ten or more spelling or grammatical errors.	Fair Answers have between 6-9 spelling or grammatical errors.	Good Answers have between 1-5 spelling or grammatical errors.	Excellent Answers have no spelling or grammatical errors.
PARTICIPATION	Poor Student must be asked 3 or more times to complete tasks or follow directions during each class period.	Fair Student must be asked 1-2 times to complete tasks or follow directions during each class period.	Good Student must be asked occasionally to complete tasks or follow directions during the entire 9 weeks.	Excellent Student stays on task and follows class directions during the entire 9 weeks.
