Level 3 *The student drew the figure and considered overlapping, but little consideration was put on the acurate proportions.	Level 4 The work shows that the student applied the guidelines of proportion. Some of the figures proportions were not realistically accurate. Gesture in Drawing -Gesture drawing of circles and ovals was used to get correct proportions	Level 1 The student did not attempt to use gesture drawing when laying out basic proportion. Circles and ovals were not used to build mass on the figure.	Level 2 The student barely used the gestural drawing to build proportion. Few circles or ovals were present.	Level 3 *The student drew the figure and considered contour line, but little consideration was put on building the volume of the figure without using gestured ovals.	Level 4 The work shows that the student applied gesture drawing in a successful manner. Few of the figures proportions and the layout of the figures angles were not accurate.	Level 5 The work shows that the student applied the gestural circles and oval to build the form. The gesture helped to render a realistic proportion to the figure.
Attention to detail -using value -contour lines to define items	Level 1 The student did not attempt to add any detailing what so ever. The drawing is missing value and contour lines to add detail.	Level 2 *The student barely used the value and contour line to suggest detail.	Level 3 *The student drew the figure and considered contour line, but the drawing lacked any value change or detail to clothing of features.	Level 4 The work shows that the student applied detail by adding contour line and value in a successful manner. Most of the piece has value added.	Level 5 *The work shows that the student applied the detail by adding contour lines and value to the figure.
