lands on two feet. Basic forms: for height, from height, distance, continuous, and
rebounding

Leaping

An exaggerated running step. There is a transfer of weight from one foot to the other and
a phase when neither foot is in contact with the ground.

Can not jump from either foot and come down on the opposite foot in a graceful manner
Improving

Can jump off of one of their feet landing on the opposite but can not do it as well the other way
Mastery

Takes off from both feet well and lands on the opposite foot with good balance
Sliding

Sideways movement where the front foot moves and is followed by the back foot with the feet never touching

Developing

Does not slide well with either foot in front and bangs together or crosses feet
Improving

Can slide well with one foot forways but lacks some with the other foot forward
Mastery

Can slide well with either foot forward and does not click heals or cross feet
heel-toe

walking 'a line' with heel touching toe.

Developing

Unable to take more than one step, falls over or cannot align feet. Does not attempt
Improving

Can 'heel toe' walkf for two steps, but loses balance or alignment after that.
Mastery

Can walk 'heel-toe' for four or more steps.
