Participation	poor S/he had almost no ideas to contribute to the group, and s/he often tried to pass work off to other people. S/he acted distracted in the group and did not pay attention to what other group members were saying.	okay S/he had some ideas to contribute to the group and s/he listened well to others. S/he did the work asked and paid attention to the tasks at hand.	awesome S/he had many unique and creative ideas to contribute and helped others develop their ideas as well. S/he was always focused on group tasks.
Collaboration	poor S/he did not work well with other group members or s/he refused to accept different ideas among group members. In discussion, s/he would often argue without coming to a compromise.	okay S/he worked pretty well with other group members. S/he accepted most of the different ideas presented, and group discussion was usually constructive.	awesome S/he worked wonderfully with other group members. S/he accepted and worked with the various ideas in the group and used discussions to combine ideas and create a project that reflected each group member.
