Content	Poor The no lesson plans, field placement timesheets or evals. in portfolio	Fair The portfolio has one of three evals and is missing two timesheets and missing parts of lesson plan.	Good The portfolio has two of three evals, one or no missing timesheets. LP is completed.	Excellent All timesheets, evals and the lesson plan is included.
Spelling/Grammar	Poor More than 5 or more spelling or grammar mistakes.	Fair A few spelling or grammar mistakes.	Good Only one grammar or spelling mistake.	Excellent No spelling or grammar mistakes!
Organization	Poor There are no dividers in portfolion to determine the sections of the portfolio. Basically, contents placed in the portfolio. No table of contents.
