Health Final Exam 
This exam requires students to do a current self-assessment of their health, including their physical, mental/emotional, and social health. Taking their current health status into consideration, students will create a "guide to healthy living" for themselves. This guide should reflect the Health Triangle and include goals, plans, and reflections for the future on those plans. This guide should project forward for the next four or five years, with some consideration being given to their ultimate goals for the future.
