Hips and shoulders rotate 90 degre	Poor Has no rotation of hips or shoulders	Fair Rotates hips and shoulders but not to 90 degrees	Good Rotates hips and shoulders to 90 degrees
Diagonal follow through across body	Poor Arm doesn't follow-through stops at the top of the arm swing, hand will be pointing to the sky	Fair Arm and hand are some where inbetween hand pointing to sky and arm and hand across body	Good Arm makes follow-through, hand and arm ends up across body and hand could be almost in pocket
Downward arc of the throwing arm	Poor Doesn't have a downward arc movement with arm	Fair Arm may have downward arc but not in direction of target	Good Has downward arc movement with arm
Non-throwing arm out for balance	Poor Non-throwing arm is not out for balance	Fair Non-throwing arm is out for balance but is not pointing toward target	Good Non-throwing arm is out for balance and is pointing toward target
