The representation does not clearly or acurrately define and/or explain the topic given. Content may be incorrect in an area. Display reflects little to no understanding of topic. Example may be incorrect or confused. One of the three main elements may be missing.
Poor
Student created a representation that is somewhat or not at all related to assigned topic. Content is incorrect. Display reflects student does not have an understanding of topic. Two or more elements may be missing.
Work effort

Proficient
The work was done well/to the best of the learners ability. Quality time and effort was put into the presentation. There are no spelling or grammatical errors.
Satisfactory
The work was done with good effort that shows what the learner is capable of. It is evident that time was put into this representation. If any errors are present, they are minor.
Limited
Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is questionable. The work may appear rushed or lack care and concern.Errors may be distracting or frequent.
Poor
Lack of effort on the learners' part. Work is incomplete. Learner is capable of doing better. Errors were distracting or frequent, or very little writing was used on the representation.
Creativity/Artistic

Proficient
Representation was very creative/artistic. Impressive; draws the reader's attention. Appearance is neat, well thought out, and obvious effort was made to creatively represent the subject.
Satisfactory
Representation was somewhat creative/artistic. Appearance is neat, thought out. Adequate for grade level. Pleasing to the eye but may not look polished.
Limited
Representation was somewhat creative. Appearance is neat but not thought out. Lacks polish. May be confusing to look at or hard to follow.
Poor
Representation was not creative. Appearance is only somewhat neat or not neat at all. Not thought out. Student may not have finished or work looks incomplete.
