Poem - Yo vs. Tú Poem - Rubric for an "I Am Poem" Students are to write a "A Julia de Burgos" style poem dividing their personality into two, 'Me vs. You'. They are to write a minimum of 10 lines incorporating rich vocabulary for their descriptions. Language 5 pts Student has used detailed and creative lanuguage to create poem.	Excelente Student uses excellent details. Descriptions / ideas and demonstrates excellent creativity.	Bien Hecho Student uses good detail. Descriptions / ideas have demonstrated a good attempt at creativity.	Mas o menos Student uses some detail. Descriptions / ideas demonstrate some attempt at creativity.	Mal Hecho Student uses minimal detail. Descriptions / ideas demonstrate little creativity.
Grammar 5 pts Student shows evidence of editing work.	Excelente Student writes with less than two errors.	Bien Hecho Student writes with no more than three errors.	Mas o menos Student writes with no more than 4 errors.	Mal Hecho Student writes with many errors. No evidence of editing.
Neatness 5 pts Student has either typed poem or used neat hand-writing. Student has presented a neat and visually appealing poem.	Excelente Legible. Student has taken time to type the poem neatly and deliver a creative and pleasing presentation.	Bien Hecho Legible. Student has made a decent effort to display poem neatly and creatively.
