Speech and Volume	Poor Can not be understood	Fair Often mumbles; soft spoken	Good Speaks clearly most of the time; volume fluctuates	Excellent Speaks clearly and with confidence. Easily heard through the interview
Posture and Eye Contact	Poor Slouches and does not make eye contact with the interviewer	Fair Slouches, but makes some eye contact with the interviewer	Good Good posture, but lacks confidence. Makes eye contact most of the time with the interviewer	Excellent Good posture, confident, and maintains eye contact with the interviewer
Responses to Questions	Poor Very little response.
