Christmas Tree Wreaths

Use of tools	Poor The student did not show proper use of the tools and acted irresponsibly.	Fair The student showed improper use of tools at certain times and required reminding when it came to putting tools away.	Good The student was responsible when using the tools the majority of the time and typically returned tools to their proper location.	Outstanding The student showed responsible use of all tools throughout the entire process and returned tools to the proper location.
Preparation for greens	Poor Student made little attempt to prepare wreath frame or oasis.	Fair Moss was not moist or didn't use near enough. Loosely wrapped and wouldn't hold moss. Oasis fairly dry	Good Could of used more moss and better wrapping of plastic. Soaked Oasis longer. Could of done a better job of cutting/shaping oasis.	Outstanding Student prepared the wreath properly. Used proper amount of moist sphagnum moss when packing the wreath frame, and wrapped wreath frame with plastic tight and secure. Soaked the Oasis until all the bubbles were out. Properly cut or shaped the Oasis
Use of product/greens	Poor Student wasted product and used more than their share on the wreath/center piece.	Fair The student wasted a little product and could have done a better job of managing the project.	Good The student wasted very little product and made sure their wreath/center piece was complete.	Outstanding The student took and used the proper amount of material and did not waste the products during the making of their wreath/center piece.
Final Product	Poor The student started a project but did not complete their wreath/center piece.	Fair The student's wreath/center piece is missing greens The wreath/center piece is seemingly unattractive as a final product.	Good The student made a wreath/center piece that included greens but could be more attractive as a final product.	Outstanding The student finished a wreath/center piece including completed greens. The wreath/center piece is full and looks attractive. There are no bare spots. Decorated the wreath/ center piece with a bow(s), pine cones, or other seasonal items. Center piece was shaped vs. just square.
