Knowledge Do you know the warm-up?	Below Expectations Does not know the warm-up.	Needs Some Work Knows the warm-up but needs to look around at other people some of the time.	Meets Expectations Knows the warm-up.
Effort Are you actively participating in the warm-up?	Below Expectations Student begrudgingly participates in warm-up activities. Does not complete all the parts of the warm-up.	Needs Some Work Student participates in warm-up activities. Completes all the parts of the warm-up.	Meets Expectations Student actively and enthusiastically participates in warm-up activities. Completes all the parts of the warm-up.
Focus Are you focused and actively working on your strength and conditioning of your body?	Below Expectations Is talking OR disruptive during class warm-up and rarely or does not show an attempt to improve strength and body conditioning.	Needs Some Work Student is sometimes off task but gets back on track to complete the warm-up and shows and attempt to improve strength and body conditioning	Meets Expectations Student is on task actively and attentively and is actively attempting to improve strength and body conditioning.
