Highlighting	Artist needs to improve Did not apply highlights.	Artist is headed to the gallery An attempt at highlighting was made but was messy or more highlighting needed.	Artist has arrived at the gallery! Highlighted correctly and neatly using highlighting techniques.
Shading	Artist needs to improve Did not apply shading.	Artist is headed to the gallery An attempt at shading was made but was messy or more shading needed.	Artist has arrived at the gallery! Shaded neatly using both shading techniques.
Composition	Artist needs to improve Did not fill the picture plane, leaving too much negative space in the area surrounding the subject.
