Eye Contact	Poor Student used infrequent eye contact. Student read directly from notes.	Fair Student made good eye contact with audience at times, but occasionally lost eye contact. Read from notes alot, but attempted to speak without reading.	Good Student made excellent eye contact. Looked at everyone equally. Did not read notes.
Intonation/Fluency	Poor Intonation was incomprehensible and was not fluent. Much improvement needed.	Fair Student intonation is developing. Still need improvement to help speech be more comprehensible and fluent.	Good Student's intonation was comprehensible and fluent. Stress was put on more important words.
