Client Specific Fitness Program 
SWBAT design and implement an exercise program for a client who has special needs (student role playing) by describing in writing the general characteristics (symptoms, causes, etc), the relationship to exercise, and exercise guidelines. Students will each take turns being the trainer and special needs client by training based on the ACE recommended guidelines and applying FITTE/FIRST cardio and strength principles.
