10 Minute Jump Rope

Poor

Student could not complete more than 400 jumps.. Student did not performed the correct range of motion on any attempts. Student stayed on the heels on their feet while jumping.

Student sucessfully completed 449-400 jumps. Student performed correct range of motion on some jumps not all. Student went back and forth from ball to heel during the exercise.
Good

Student successfully completed 499-450 jumps. Student performed correct range of motion of arms while jumping on half of the attempts. Student stayed on the balls of their feet with each jump on half of the attempts.

10 Minute Step Ups

Poor

Student could not complete more that 200 step-ups. Motion was not fluid. Stayed on the heels of their feet while stepping up.
