	Poor 50 pts	Fair 75 pts	Good 85 pts	Excellent 100 pts
Group/pair activity summary	Poor Student refuses to participate, or asks others to help them summarize, cannot formulate answers to the questions that they are given by instructor; or acts disinterested in the process.	Fair Student does participate but does not master what they group did, and cannot adequately answer questions to the extent that the activity demanded	Good The student can summarize the group activities, and also describe how the group came to that conclusion; the answers are thoughtful and congruent with the assigned task.	Excellent The student can summarize the group activities, and also describe how the group came to that conclusion; the answers are thoughtful and congruent with the assigned task plus describes using diagrams/ charts/ drawings on the board and provokes other students interests.
Group project	Poor Student refuses to participate, or depends on others to help them do their assigned role, or acts disinterested in the process- or does not follow directions or has to be retold the directions mulitple times.	Fair Student does participate but does not master what they group did, and cannot adequately answer questions to the extent that the activity demanded	Good The student completed the assigned task and assumes the assigned leadership role in that activity and completes the required activity on time.	Excellent The student completed the assigned task and assumes the assigned leadership role in that activity and completes the required activity on time with extra compenents that were not required, like creating posters, videos, charts, extra explanations, patient situations ..etc.
Student skills	Poor Student refuses to do skill, or acts disinterested, does not clean up their area and is off task; or forges peer checkoff signatures	Fair Student does participate but does not master the skill, and does not repeat the skill the required number of times with a peer to the extent that the activity demanded	Good The student completed the assigned task and assumes the assigned leadership role in that activity and completes the required activity on time. All skills are taken seriously, student is on task and cleans up area.	Excellent The student completed the assigned task and assumes the assigned leadership role in that activity and completes the required activity on time. All skills are taken seriously, student is on task and cleans up area and serves as a leader to help other students who may need help.
