Oral presentation rubric 
The student will present an oral presentation to explain a poster on sports/activities. The presentation will be entirely in French, with each member of the group contributing.

The presentation and poster are prepared and set up before the performance. Any necessary vocabulary is prepared in advance.

The presentation and poster are prepared and set up when it is time for the performance. The necessary vocabulary is given, but may not all be prepared in advance.

The presentation or the poster are prepared after the time for the performance.
Poor

The presentation and/or the poster are presented one day or more after the due date. (Absence excluded.)

Excellent

The student presents the information clearly and displays a complete undertanding of the information.
Good

The student presents the information fairly clearly and displays a reasonable understanding of their information.
Fair

The information presented is not clear and only has a basic understanding of the content.
Poor

The information presented is not clear and only has a limited understanding of the content.
Use of French

Excellent

The student spoke entirely in French with correct pronunciation and structures; (s)he was easy to hear and to understand.
Good

The student spoke mostly in French with mostly correct pronunciation and structures; (s)he could be heard and understood.
Fair

The student spoke mostly in English with some difficulty with pronunciation and structures; (s)he was somewhat difficult to hear and/or to understand.
Poor

The student spoke almost excusively in English; (s)he was difficult to understand and/or could barely be heard.
Participation

Excellent

The student was involved in delivering the lesson and was confident with all parts of the content.
Good

The student was involved in delivering the lesson and was confident with most of the content.
Fair

The student was involved in delivering some of the lesson and was somewhat confident with parts of the content.
Poor

The student was involved in delivering a small part of the lesson and /or was not confident with the content.
Audience

Excellent

The student listened intently with no distraction or disruption.
Good

The student listened with some distraction and no disruption.
Fair

The student listened with some distraction and no disruption.
Poor

The student did not listen and/or was disruptive.
