This is an assessment of the timeliness, quantity, and quality of discussion board posts. This includes writing quality and grammar.

Poor

Does not submit at least two posts addressing at least two questions and/or does not submit at least one significant responses to other learners by the close of discussion forum. (EACH POST is at least 50 words or more)
Fair

Submits at least three thoughtful post addressing at least three questions and at least two significant responses to other learners by the close of discussion forum. (EACH POST is at least 75 words or more)
Good

Submits at least five addressing at least five questions thoughtful posts and at least three significant responses to other learners at various times (not just the last day) during the session.(EACH POST is at least 100 words or more)
Excellent

Submits seven or more thoughtful posts addressing all seven questions and more than four significant responses to other learners at various times (not just the last day) during the session. (EACH POST is at least 125 words or more)

Posts do not attempt to elicit thoughtful responses from others and/or participant's responses do not build upon the ideas of others to take the discussion deeper.

Posts modestly attempt to elicit thoughtful responses from others and/or participant's responses do not build upon the ideas of others to take the discussion deeper.
