Neatness	Poor Hospital report contains many typing mistakes and it doesn't make sense.	Fair Hospital report is neat for the most part, and there are 3-4 typing mistakes.	Proficient Hospital report is somewhat neat, is somewhat clear and there are 1-2 typing mistakes.	Advanced Proficient Hospital report is neat, clear, and contains no typing mistakes.
Organization	Poor Hospital report is incomplete and does not include the required information.	Fair Hospital report contains only a few paragraphs and does include only somewhat limited information and 75% of the required data.	Proficient Hospital report is organized for the most part and it includes 90% of the required information.	Advanced Proficient The hospital report contains all of the required information and it is well organized and easy to read and understand.
Correctness	Poor Many spelling mistakes and grammar errors(6 or more)	Fair 4-5 spelling errors or grammar mistakes.	Proficient 1-3 spelling mistakes and or grammar mistakes.	Advanced Proficient There are no spelling or grammar mistakes.
Due Date	Poor Report is turned in 5 days or more after the due date.	Fair Report is turned in 3-4 days late after the due date.	Proficient Report is turned in 1-2 days late after the due date.	Advanced Proficient Report is beamed on time on the actual due date or before the due date.
Palm Pilot	Poor Palm Pilot was not usd to do the hospital report.	Fair Palm Pilot was used for part of the report and the rest of the report was written.	Proficient Palm Pilot was used but there were mistakes made in the use of the Palm Pilot.	Advanced Proficient Palm Pilot was used and there were no mistakes made at all.
