Summary of Book	Poor The student was not able to publish a summary sentence about the book but did publish a comment.	Fair The student wrote 1 sentence that may / may not accurately describe the main idea of the book.	Good The student wrote 1-2 sentences telling what the book was about.
Positive Comment	Poor The was little to no complete comment posted about a StoryBird book.	Fair The comment was positive but limited.	Good The comment written was positive and encouraging, telling the author of the StoryBird what was enjoyable about the book.
Bonus Points	Poor The student commented on 1 additional StoryBird story from our class.	Fair The student commented on 2 additional StoryBird stories from our class.	Good The student commented on 3 additional StoryBird stories from our class.
