Participation	Poor I do not participate in most of our activities.	Fair I sometimes participate, but still sit out of activities. I do not participate for the entire class period.	Good I am very active and participate in all of our activities.
Attitude	Poor I make bad choices towards myself, others and our activities.	Fair My attitude is varied. I make good and bad choices depending on the activity and the people I'm teamed with.	Good I make good choices no matter what the activity is or who I'm teamed with.
Effort	Poor I don't do my personal best during class.	Fair My effort is varied. Sometimes I do my personal best and sometimes I don't.	Good I always give my personal best effort during class.
