Chef de partie

Sometimes participates and contributes to the group. Sometimes listens to, offers constructive feedback, and supports the efforts of others in the group, but sometimes is not a team player or is disrespectful to group members.
Cuisinier(ère)

Rarely participates or contributes to the group. Rarely listens to or supports the effort of others in the group. Often causes "rifts" within the group.
