Slogan	Poor Not catchy or effective. Does little to convince the audience to end Pigeon Day.	Fair Not catchy, but effective. Helps to convince the audience to end pigeon day.	Good Catchy and effective. Helps to convince the audience to end pigeon day.
Illustration	Poor Missing illustration.	Fair Illustration is either not in color or is not relevant to the purpose.	Good Illustration is in color and is relevant to the poster's purpose of convincing the audience to end Pigeon Day.
