Neatness	Poor The work was messily done and the entire state was not colored in.	Fair The colored area was extending outside of the state lines into other areas.	Good The colored areas were inside the state lines and colored completely.
Accuracy	Poor The student did not create a legend using four differnt colors for the four states. The student did not color in the correct states.	Fair The student did create a legend of some kind for the states and did color in some of the correct states. The student did not use the correct colors for the correct state.	Good The student created a legend with four different colors for four different states. The students also colored in the four correct states using the correct colors.
